turn it inside out.
Now place the back hook you removed from the old bra on the new garment, adjacent to the old hook (so that the hooks are 5/6). Position it and use pins to hold it in place.
Take your needle and thread and sew the back hook onto the bra. Be careful to sew well so that the hook is securely attached to the bra and won’t come off easily.
Try on your bra to make sure the extender is the right size and the hook
