Procedure
Take the bra from which you want to retrieve the back hook and turn it inside out, so that you can see the back.
Look for the seam that holds the hook (usually 2 or 3 rows) to the bra. This is a flat seam, but it could also be a zigzag seam.
Using scissors, cut the seam, being careful not to damage the fabric or the hook. Once cut, the back hook should easily come off the bra.
